My Career in Vizual Started in September 2003, as an
Officer in the Credit Control department. The role excited me
a lot as we started from the scratch and responsibility of
designing part of the process was given to me.
I had a wide opportunity of using my experience with
Standard Chartered Bank to the best in creating a basic design then.
It was a whole new experience dealing with the
UK clients which paved way for a lot of new exposure and knowledge.
I was promoted as Senior Executive in my second year with
additional responsibilities which motivated me to create more
process improvements. I was also given an opportunity to participate
in junior management training along with the other team leads
across the company that gave me a wide exposure of management
aspects. As our posters rightly say that “you are always heard”,
I was motivated whenever I came up with new initiatives and
provided with great support in implementing them. Above all I was
awarded the Most Valuable Person (MVP) award that is given to
employees in the monthly get-together, for my long tenure and
consistency in performance. A complete booster!!
With all that enriching experience with the management as well
as the vibrant team of employees, today, down the line of five
years in my career in Vizual, I am a proud Team lead.
Needless to say that Vizual has shaped me as a more confident
person today with all its confidence on me.
It really excites me to turn back to see my personal growth
as well as the company’s growth!! |
