The graduate recruitment program was launched in 2006 with the aim of identifying exceptional talent that would further enable us to drive our business ahead. We have visited a number of colleges in Tamil Nadu seeking bright and ambitious graduates who in their turn are looking for a great company to launch their fledgling career. We have lined up an excellent training program focused on rapidly developing core skills so as to enable the graduates to get real experience as quickly as possible.

All graduates undergo a foundation course that focuses on the company and our customers. This is to ensure that the students develop a full, thorough and good understanding of the core issues of our customers.

Added to this foundation is an introduction to leading technologies in the industry in order to gain essential skills that the company will require to solve technical challenges.

Once the study of various technologies has been covered then comes the induction into the production teams where graduates start to hone skills learnt on our induction program and in their universities and colleges.
