Which side of your bed do you get out from ?

Research indicates that if you get out on the left side of your bed, you tend to use the right side of your brain a lot more and in most likelihood actually are a person who is very creative and used to out of the box thinking. Ok – you now know the product, so what do PST do – seriously?

Ok, the developers develop, QA tests, Sales sell and we implement. We basically utilize our framework, deal with our end clients and produce results. Results that recognize the hard work of the various teams that have gone to making a company realize its true potential.




So what’s the challenge?

Each company we work with is different - in terms of its people, its values and its policies. The varying intricacies of each company are the biggest challenge. We absorb that. We then use that and HR.net to communicate those values internally within the company.



How? Good you asked the question. We love that.

Our technology/product assists in effective utilization of given resources - in short ‘Human' Resources. By cutting down time thorough online processes we remove margins of error and develop a communication and management tool within the company.




So where’s the creativity?

There are many business critical processes that need to be automated. Your target is to minimize the steps in the process. Creativity is required to make sure that you always see the bigger picture. You may be creative enough to change the way a company thinks. And the satisfaction in that is unmatched.




Ok, you’re interested now. What should you be?

Well, you need to have a degree. This way we know your thoughts have been molded to a level that makes you stand out from others. You need to have exceptional communication skills in English. Business Logic – definitely a must, you will be dealing with all aspects of a business so a well-rounded understanding of all business critical processes is a must. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but definitely not a must.




And technically?

Strong database skills and maybe even a bit of VB.

Career shift @ the age 30!

I joined Vizual as Team Lead - Credit Control with 9 years of experience in Commercial & Finance. Vizual found my strengths and gave me a free hand to work in Administration whenever necessary. I was not restricted to a single kind of job.

When I wanted to shift to a more technical job after acquiring the required qualification, they did not hesitate to give me the opportunity, despite my not having any technical work experience. Such is the trust they had in me, based on my previous performance.

Now I am a Consultant in Professional Services for the past one year, doing the job that I like the most. Even though I am older and new to this technical position, I never feel the burden of it.
