| The company has grown significantly and has recently moved from its
initial Tidel Park base to its new location at Anna Salai. The next 18 months will see
the Chennai operation double in size. Our aim is to deliver world class software that is practical, flexible and easy to use;
and services to our parent company in the UK. To do this we use the latest tools, practices
and technologies across our organization. Our working environment has an international flavour
which fosters performance based career progression and staff empowerment. We believe strongly

Vizual has responsibilities to its parent in the UK but also has a strong sense of corporate
responsibility and participates actively in the community. Through the Dee Beechinor Trust we are
